About the Event

Welcome to the first annual SWEETWATER ADULT SUMMER CAMP! – where adventure, relaxation, and camaraderie come together for the ultimate grown-up getaway!

Escape the ordinary with our action-packed itinerary designed exclusively for fun-loving adults. From thrilling team games to laid-back crafting sessions, there's something for everyone to enjoy in our rustic yet luxurious camp setting.

Immerse yourself in our nature-filled property and soak in the tranquil ambiance of sleeping under the stars in our safari-style glamping tents. Join in the excitement of classic games like Giant Jenga, Capture the Flag, Water Balloon Dodgeball, and the hilarious Relay Race featuring a Sack Race, Egg Drop, and Watermelon Eating Contest.

Plus, unwind in style with free time to enjoy our pool, visit the Crafts Hut for some creative inspiration, or zoom down our Mega Waterslide for an adrenaline rush like no other.

As the weekend draws to a close, join us for a monumental Crowning Ceremony to celebrate the winning team and bid farewell to newfound friends.

Pricing is all-inclusive - including lodging, meals, and all activities and craft supplies.

Friday: 

  • 3:00 PM - Check-In and Explore the Property
  • 5:30 PM - Orientation and Presentation of Teams: Crafts Hut and Deck
  • 6:30 PM - Friendship Bracelet Social Hour: Kitchen Deck
  • 7:30 PM  - Dinner: Lodge Kitchen
  • 8:30 PM - Bonfire with S'mores Bar: Craft Hut Deck

Saturday: 

  • 8:00 AM - Morning Yoga: The Yoga Dome (optional)
  • 9:00 AM - Breakfast: Lodge Kitchen
  • 10:00 AM - GAME 1: Giant Jenga
  • 11:00 AM - GAME 2: Capture the Flag
  • 12:30 PM - Lunch: Lodge Kitchen
  • 1:30 PM - FREE TIME / WATERSLIDE  (enjoy the pool, visit the Crafts Hut, or relax)
  • 3:00 PM - GAME 3: Relay Race (Sack Race, Egg Drop, and Watermelon Eating Contest) 
  • 4:00 PM - GAME 4: Water Balloon Dodgeball 
  • 5:30 PM - Freshen Up for Dinner
  • 6:30 PM - Pizza Night: Lodge Kitchen (build your own artisanal pizza)
  • 8:00 PM - Bon Fire and Ghost Stories
  • 9:00 PM - SPOTLIGHT (optional)

Sunday: 

  • 9:00 AM - Morning Yoga (optional)
  • 10:00 AM - Breakfast: Lodge Kitchen
  • 11:00 AM - Crowning Ceremony for Winning Team: Hammock Deck
  • 1:00 PM - Check-Out

PACKING LIST: Get ready for fun in the sun!

  • You will be assigned a team color the week before camp. We encourage a wardrobe filled with your camp color to show your pride! 
  • Get ready to have fun! Pack clothes you don't mind getting a little dirty in. 
  • A swimsuit is a MUST! Prepare for Mega Waterslide adrenaline and cliffside pool cannonballs. 
  • Bathroom towels and bathrobes provided. Pool towels are recommended. 
  • The Lodge at Sweetwater Studios does not sell alcohol. Campers are encouraged to BYOB.
  • All bedding is provided. 
  • All glamping tents and cottages include AC and fans.
  • Coffee pots, cups, and coffee/cream/sugar provided in each tent or cottage.

    Sleep under the stars in our Hilltop Glamping Tents. Each tent features 2 twin beds or 1 king and a private bathroom and shower. *Retreat attendees will be assigned a roommate unless booking with another individual. Please note roommate requests at time of booking. (price listed per person)

    Sleep lakeside in our Deluxe Island Glamping Tents. Each Tent sleeps 2 people and features an over water patio with Adirondack chairs, private fire pit, and a private bathroom with shower. *Retreat attendees will be assigned roommates if not booking with a roommate. If booking with friends, please note roommate requests at time of booking. (pricing is listed per person) NOTE: Have a friend group of 4?     Enjoy the luxury of our Lakeside Cottage all to yourself! Our cottage features a private indoor bathroom, small dining area, wrap around deck with private fire pit, and your own queen bed. All cottages come with air conditioner/heat and offer a more secure and enclosed option than our glamping tents.
