A Night of Love & Nature: Valentine's Day Dinner with Chef Melbourne A. James

Celebrate Valentine's Day with an evening of fine dining with Chef Melbourne A. James at The Lodge at Sweetwater Studios. 

Join us for this three-course, prix-fixe menu on Saturday February 11, 2023 to celebrate Valentine's Day Weekend. Dinner will begin at 6:00pm in our Lodge Hilltop Kitchen. Guests are welcomed to bring their own wine or preferred beverages. Non-alcoholic beverages will be included. 

Menu:

STARTER

• fresh mozzarella with grape tomatoes, basil, and balsamic reduction drizzle

MAIN

choice of:

• 4 Hour Braised Beef Short Ribs
• Honey Garlic Shrimp
• or Roasted Rosemary Root Vegetables

all served with locally sourced mushroom risotto

DESSERT

• warm chocolate lava cake

MAKE A WEEKEND OF IT:

Dinner ticket holders will receive 20% off a nightly stay for Saturday February 11th. Enjoy an early check-in of 1:00pm on Saturday and a late check-out of 3:00pm on Sunday the 12th. Weekend guests are also welcomed to join us for an included yoga class on Sunday at 9:00am.
