Join yoga teacher and Ayurveda specialist, Erin Mulligan in this all-inclusive wellness weekend to restore and relax the mind and body.
In this restorative weekend you will start the day with morning yoga, discover and learn about your unique Ayurvedic energetic profile (dosha), learn recipes and tools for healthy living for your particular profile, and receive workbooks and handouts featuring Erin's seasonal cleansing guide.
