Sometimes we spiral into overwhelm. Sometimes we circle back around to ourselves, arriving with a little more clarity each time.
What Falls, What Stays is an all-inclusive yoga and somatic retreat centered on movement, release, and the practice of noticing what remains. Over the course of the weekend, we’ll move between stillness and activation, giving the body space to settle, express, and integrate.
We begin Friday evening by slowing down. Through restorative yoga, we’ll settle into the space, the weekend, and ourselves. On Saturday, we move through activation and integration in turn: first following what feels alive and ready to shift, then listening more closely for what remains once the movement settles.

Sleep under the stars in our Hilltop Glamping Tents. Each tent features 2 twin beds or 1 king and a private bathroom and shower. *Retreat attendees will be assigned a roommate unless booking with another individual. Please note roommate requests at time of booking. (price listed per person)

Each Tent sleeps 2 people and features an over water patio with Adirondack chairs, private fire pit, and a private bathroom with shower. *Retreat attendees will be assigned roommates if not booking with a roommate. If booking with friends, please note roommate requests at time of booking. (pricing is listed per person)

Enjoy the luxury of our Hilltop Cottage! Our cottage features a private indoor bathroom, small dining area, wrap around deck with outdoor seating, and can be set as 2 twins or 1 king bed. All cottages come with air conditioner/heat and offer a more secure and enclosed option than our glamping tents. *Ticket price is for one person. Roommate will be assigned if none is listed. Please indicate if you would like twins or a king if sharing with a friend/partner.
