Spend an early-summer weekend at The Lodge at Sweetwater Studios exploring the art and science of fermentation in a relaxed, hands-on setting.
The Living Foods Retreat is an all-inclusive, two-night experience designed to reconnect you with traditional food practices that are simple, practical, and deeply nourishing.
Together, we’ll work with flour, fresh vegetables, milk, herbs, and roots to create sourdough bread, cultured dairy, fermented vegetables, and naturally fizzy beverages.

Shared* Hilltop Glamping Tent
Sleep under the stars in our Hilltop Glamping Tents. Each tent features 2 twin beds or 1 king and a private bathroom and shower. *Retreat attendees will be assigned a roommate unless booking with another individual. Please note roommate requests at time of booking. (price listed per person)

All cottages come with air conditioner/heat and offer a more secure and enclosed option than our glamping tents. *Ticket price is for one person. Roommate will be assigned if none is listed. Please indicate if you would like twins or a king if sharing with a friend/partner.
