Enjoy a day of serenity, self-discovery, and connection with the cosmic forces that guide us. Join us as we align our energies with the cosmic rhythm of the lunar cycle just ahead of the February Full Moon. This day retreat features two yoga practices led by experienced yoga instructor Emmalee Bolton, along with a day of mindful lunar-focused meditation, discussions, a catered vegetarian lunch, free time to reflect and roam the property, and a potluck-style happy hour. Feel free to bring a small dish to the happy hour.
