Pop Up! A Self Love Day Retreat with Paulette Dove
Pack a sack lunch, grab your yoga and pool attire, and come spend the day at The Lodge at Sweetwater Studios!Â
Begin your day with a quiet walk through nature to the Yoga Dome for an hour of relaxing, restorative, and reflective yoga to release your creative energies.
Then gather in the art studio where our guest artist, Paulette Dove, will guide us in creating a meaningful personal shrine using a cigar box base. Your own homage to self.Â
Personal photos, memorabilia, found objects, and collage materials will be assembled and embellished to tell your story, state your intent, and/or honor your muse.
Basic materials will be provided, but you are welcome to bring any of your personal favorites….

- Collage materials
- Interesting photos
- Stuff you think would be interesting on your personal shrine
**** We will have loads of materials and provide cigar boxes
Our Guest Artist: Paulette Dove
A retired art educator, longtime artist, and a native of Biloxi, Dove has been painting and exhibiting on the Coast for many years. She is a member of the Ocean Springs Art Association, President of the South Mississippi Art League, and serves on the Board of the Mississippi Art Colony. Her work in oils, mixed media and clay has been exhibited throughout the South.

Time: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

5 hr. art workshop including supplies, 1 hr. yoga and access to Tropical Greenhouse Spa and Pool

Self Love Day Retreat
This ticket includes one hour long restorative yoga class, a 5-hour hands on workshop with Paulette Dove, and access to the Tropical Greenhouse Spa and Pool area of The Lodge at Sweetwater Studios. Guests are encouraged to bring their own lunch, as no food will be provided for this day long event. *Purchasing this ticket will give you a 15% off code for a stay at The Lodge at Sweetwater Studios. Code only valid for check-in on Friday July 29th and check out on July 31st.
