Retreat Information

Allison Saltzman is a psychotherapist and is currently pursuing a PhD in Quantum Science of Health, Happiness, and Prosperity. She is trained in energetic healing modalities, with a background in massage therapy and holistic health.

Lindsay Jordan will guide our yoga experience. She is a 200hr RYT, an Occupational Therapy Practitioner, and a Certified Mobility Specialist. She assists her students in finding a lasting sense of presence with the integration of movement, stillness, and breath.

This knowledge equips us with the tools needed to design and create our own lives.
