Imagine... a quiet space, no phones, time to reconnect with your body with yoga and gentle walks.  

Imagine... truly breathing in the healing energy of nature... journaling, fireside sharing, nutritious meals, an evening hot tub soak, a salt water pool.

Join us for a weekend of self care at its finest with mother nature there to support you! 

In this all-inclusive weekend retreat, you will:

• Experience daily yoga and walks in the woods
• Explore the practice of mindfulness as a doorway to deeper connection with the natural world
• Unplug from your phones and responsibilities
• Learn to meditate with nature’s elements and experience “earth time”
• Practice silence on Saturday
• Experience human community through fire sessions and co-listening

Note: Although this is not a hiking program and walks will be gentle and meditative, most sessions will be outdoors. Please plan to dress for the heat and/or waterproof shell, sturdy hiking shoes, and a day pack with a water bottle and journal.
